JAMMU, Nov 27: Diamond Jubilee Reunion of 1953 matriculation batch of SRML High School was held at Amar Singh Club, here today.
A large number of old students of the batch along with their spouses participated in the programme. The spouses of some of the deceased old students also attended the function.
The function commenced with the introduction of the members, followed by welcome address by SS Wazir.
On the occasion, tributes were paid to the deceased teachers and principal of that time, which revived direction and sincerity of the teachers for molding the lives of the students into successful professional and good human beings.
The participants of the programme also held interaction and shared their experience of the school and later part of the life.
A music programme was also organized by Parkash Sharma, popular Dogri singer of youngster.
The stage management and comparing was done by Arti Choudhary, Director of KC Public School.
In the end, mementoes were presented to the participants.
