14 more students from Jammu stranded in Ukraine

JAMMU, Mar 3: Even as another student safely returned home today from Ukraine, 14 more from Jammu district, who are still stranded in the war torn country or in transit, have come into the knowledge of the administration.
Official sources told the Excelsior that the total number of persons from Jammu district, who were in Ukraine when the tension erupted there following movement of Russian troops for invasion, has so far reached to 60.
The administration has come to know about 14 more students from Jammu, who are either stuck in Ukraine or in transit and this number may increase as more information is coming out.
These include Muskan Sharma, Seshwar Sharma, Yushvir Singh, Ahtika Bajgotra, Divya Mahajan, Parv Atri, Surjeet Singh, Mohan Lal, Naveen Kumar, Vidhi Mankotia, Harmeet Singh, Madhav Khajuria, Oshin Sharma and Vikas Rana.
While 9 of them are in transit and moving away from Kharkiv or reached in Poland, Romania or Solvakia, five of them could not be contacted.
Meanwhile with the return of one Palak Sharma today, total 16 students from Jammu district have so far safely reached home from the war torn Ukraine.
