SRINAGAR, Nov 27: Fourteen persons were injured in different road accidents across the Kashmir valley today.
A police spokesman said a Tavera bearing registration number JK18/4957 hit a Motorcycle bearing registration number JK03C/6144 at Kerikadal, Anantnag, injuring the motorcyclist Rayees Ahmad Thoker son of Manzoor Ahmad of Kanialwan. The injured was shifted to a hospital for treatment.
Seven passengers were injured in a collision between a bus bearing registration number JK03/1622 and a Tata mini bus bearing registration number JK03/4157 near Siligam, B. Ed college, Anantnag. All the injured were shifted to a hospital for treatment.
Five passengers were injured when a Sumo bearing registration number JK03D/0475 turned turtle at Chowgam Waizkadal in Anantnag. All the injured were shifted to a hospital for treatment.
A Motorcycle bearing registration number JK09/785 hit and injured a person Wali Rehman, 65, son of Sheer Mohammad Khan of Challagund, Highhama at Sulkote, Kupwara. The injured was shifted to a hospital for treatment.
The spokesman said cases have been registered in these accidents.
