SRINAGAR, Feb 15: Despite general strike in the Kashmir valley, 13 people, including five Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) guests, crossed sides in the weekly cross Line of Control (LoC) bus today.
Five PoK guests arrived at Kaman post, the last Indian military post on this side of the LoC in Uri sector today to meet their relatives separated in 1947 due to partition, official sources said.
They included two women and a child, they said, adding that there was no returnee. Sources said four Kashmiris, including two women crossed over to other side of the LoC to meet their relatives in PoK.
Four PoK residents, who had arrived in previous buses also returned to their homes in the Karvan-e-Aman bus. (UNI)
