JAMMU, Feb 13: Presiding Officer Fast Track Court, Y P kotwal today awarded ten years RI and fine of Rs 50,000 to an accused for committing rape with 75 years old lady.
After hearing both the sides, Presiding Officer Fast Track Court Y P kotwal observed, “the accused has committed heinous crime”. Accordingly, court awarded ten years RI and fine of Rs 50,000 to the accused. The whole of the fine shall be paid to prosecutrix as compensation, court directed.
