JAMMU, June 3: As part of the celebrations of the successful completion of eight years of good governance of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi led Government at the Centre, Yudhvir Sethi, J&K Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Vice President started door to door public outreach programme here today.
It is pertinent to mention here that as per the directions of party high command the BJP MPs, MLAs, MLCs, state office members, Mandal level and above workers are required to carry out outreach activities for 75 hours in their respective booths.
In this context, the senior BJP leader commenced the activity from Ward Number 10 of Jammu North Constituency and spent about four hours in disseminating the policies and programmes of the Party.
Prominent among those who accompanied Yudhvir Sethi include Vinay Gupta, President BJP Jammu District; Parveen Kerni President East Mandal, Anil Masoom Corporator Ward Number 10; Pawan Sharma Spokesman District Jammu; Ajit Yogi Convener Social Media Secretariat East Mandal, Sharda Ji Shakti Kendra Parmukh and Suraj Booth President.
During today’s door to door outreach programme, Yudhvir interacted with people taking stock of their issues besides spreading awareness about the achievements of BJP Government at the Centre.
The team led by the senior BJP leader highlighted various schemes launched by the Government tailored specially for different sections of the society. Some of the highlighted schemes and achievements included Pradhan Mantri Gareeb Kalyan Ann Yojana, Har Ghar Nal Se Jal Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, Swachh Bharat Mission besides conducting the world’s largest vaccination against deadly Corona.
Addressing media persons after concluding today’s activities, Yudhvir Sethi said that the country is celebrating 8 years of Modi government during which unprecedented focus was maintained on service, good governance and welfare of the poor asserting that this is the way of working of the Modi government rather it is the soul of the PM Modi Government.
