JAMMU, Dec 30: Yuva Rajput Sabha has demanded establishment of Rajput Welfare Board and declaration of 23rd September, birthday of Maharaja Hari Singh, a gazetted holiday. The demands were raised during monthly meeting of the Sabha, held under the chairmanship of Surinder Singh Gilli, president Yuva Rajput Sabha.
Addressing the gathering, Mr Gilli lamented that like other politicians, MLA and grandson of Maharaja Hari Singh, Ajatshatru seemed to have forgotten his promise of getting announced 23rd September as gazetted holiday.
Those, who were present in the meeting, included Komal, Ravinder, Rinku, Bagdu, Vicky, Fentu, Praveen, Daljeet, Gabbar, Mesha, Manjeet, Kaku, Rajinder, Rajveer, Mon, Mahinder, Teena and others.
