RAJOURI, Sept 6: A 23-year-old is believed to have been kidnapped by militants from his Dhok at higher reaches of Budhal area.
The family members of Mohd Shafiq (23), son of Munshi Khan from Targain village near Samote reported to Kandi police today that their boy had gone to the higher reaches with cattle to their Dhok at Madhugalla, higher reaches of Pir Panjal. He is missing since September 4. He is believed to have been kidnapped by the militants. The police registered a case and started investigation.
