KATHUA, Nov 17: A youth was killed after a speedy unknown vehicle hit him late last night on Jammu -Pathankot National Highway near Medical College Kathua.
As per reports the youth was on his bike when a speedy truck hit him from back and he fell in a pool of blood on road resulting in his instant death.
The body was shifted to Kathua Hospital for postmortem by the police and after conducting all legal formalities the body was handed over to the family this afternoon.
He has been identified as Nikhil Verma, son of Kewal Krishan of Banote Basholi.
The Hatli Morh Police Post has registered a case under Section 304 RPC against unknown person.
