POONCH, Feb 17: The police today arrested second accused wanted in gang rape on a minor girl at Mohalla Kama Khan of the city.
The accused has been identified as Mudassir, resident of Poonch. One of them has already been arrested while third was still absconding. Today police produced the victim before the judge for her statement. An FIR No.33/2015 has already been registered against the accused persons. The minor victim is 15-year-old and belonged to the other community.
