REASI, June 19: A youth was found dead under mysterious circumstances in fields at Gajoure, under the jurisdiction of Pouni Police Station.
The deceased was identified as Puran Chand (30), son of Dhani Ram of Gajoure. He was lying dead in the field and the body was spotted by some locals who informed the Police.
Later, a Police party rushed to the spot and shifted the dead body to PHC Pouni for postmortem and other legal formalities.
In this regard, inquest proceeding under Section 174 of CrPC has been initiated by the Police.
