UDHAMPUR, Mar 21: A youth committed suicide by consuming some poisonous substance at his residence in village Kanha in Ramnagar.
A police spokesman said that Anil Kumar Duby (25) son of Yoti Parkash, resident of village Kanha in Ramnagar Tehsil, consumed some poisonous substance at his residence. His family members rushed him to Sub District Hospital Ramnagar but he did not respond to the treatment and died.
Later, the body was sent for postmortem. The police after completion of all the legal formalities and postmortem, handed over the body to family members. Cause of provocation behind the extreme step could not be ascertained.
