SAMBA, Mar 10: A 30 year old person consumed poison under mysterious circumstances at his residence at Ghagwal area of district Samba.
According to the police, he has been identified as Mukesh, 30, son of Ram Gopal and resident of Ghagwal. He consumed some poisonous substance at his residence in Ghagwal during the intervening night. On seeing him in unconscious condition his family members immediately brought him to District Hospital Samba for treatment where his stomach was washed.
Later doctors referred him to Government Medical College and Hospital Jammu for further treatment.
In this regard Ghagwal police has registered a case and started investigation.
