DODA, Apr 30: A youth allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself at his residence in Bharath area here.
As per police sources, a youth identified as Danish Akram, son of Mohammad Akram of Bharath, district Doda committed suicide by hanging himself at his residence.
Finding him hanging, family members informed the police and the body was shifted to District Hospital, where after conducting autopsy, it was handed over to family members for last rites.
A case has been registered at Doda police station and investigation started to ascertain the reason behind such extreme step.
