KATHUA, Mar 2: Kathua police has registered a case against a youth for outraging modesty of a girl in village Garai today when she was alone at her residence.
The girl narrated the incident to her family members when they came in the evening and they registered a case in PS Kathua later. The police has booked the youth identified as Ajay Kumar of the same village under Section 376. However the youth is evading arrest as he fled after committing the crime. Kathua police has launched a man hunt to arrest him.
