JAMMU, Aug 19: A 27-year-old youth was attacked with a sharp edged weapon by his friends in Gandhi Nagar area of Jammu.
“Parveen Singh son of late Bhupinder Singh, resident of House Number 342, Channi Rama, received some cuts on his hands after some of his friends under the influence of drugs attacked him with a sharp edged weapon following some heated arguments with him over some minor issue,” a police official said.
He said that the injured youth was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for medical treatment while a case in this connection was registered at police station Gandhi Nagar and investigation started.
