RAJOURI, Sept 8: A young woman allegedly committed suicide by consuming some poisonous stuff at her residence in Manjakote area of Rajouri district today.
A police spokesman said that 25-year-old, Safina Kouser, wife of Mohd Showkat, resident of Deri Lalyot village in Manjakote tehsil allegedly consumed some poisonous substance at her residence today after some tiff with husband and other family members over minor issue. She was rushed to Manjakote hospital and then referred to District Hospital Rajouri. She died there after some time. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
