UDHAMPUR, Sept 15: In an apparent case of suicide, a young man was found hanging with iron angle in his house at village Nadya-Tha Ghar in Malhar, under the jurisdiction of Rahmbal Police Station, here today.
The deceased was identified as Hem Raj (30) son of Shanker Dass of village Nadya-Tha Ghar in Malhar. His family members found him hanging around 4:30 pm and immediately informed the Police, which shifted the body to District Hospital Udhampur for postmortem and other legal formalities.
Even as Police has registered a case in this connection under 174 RPC for further investigation, the deceased appeared to have committed suicide for the unknown reasons, reports said.
