REASI, Apr 10: A young man committed suicide by consuming some poisonous substance at his residence at village Saranthar Bakal in Reasi.
The deceased was identified as Mangu Ram (38), son of Munshi Ram of Saranthar Bakal. He consumed some poisonous substance and fell unconscious. He was immediately shifted to DH Reasi. Despite hectic efforts by the doctors, he did not respond to the treatment and died soon.
Cause behind committing suicide could not be ascertained while Police has registered a case in this connection for further investigation.
