UDHAMPUR, Jan 1: A young couple sustained burn injuries under mysterious circumstances at their house in Panchari tehsil of District Udhampur.
Reports said that Dinesh Kumar (28), son of Ram Chand of Damnot, Panchari and his 26- year old wife Nisha Devi received burn injuries at their house. According to the family members, Nisha Devi was accidently caught in fire while cooking and her husband also sustained injuries in an attempt to rescue her.
The duo was rushed to Primary Health Center (PHC) Panchari where doctors referred them to GMC Hospital Jammu in view of serious burn injuries.
Panchari Police has registered the case and started investigation.
