Jammu, Nov 20: Keeping in view of busy and tenseful lifestyle of these days, a Yoga and spiritual camp was organized at CRPF Group Centre, Bantalab, for the welfare of families.
This camp was organised by Art of Living Foundation in association with Regional CWA (CRPF Family Welfare Association) for six days from November 17 to November 22. 120 women of CRPF families are taking part in this Yoga and meditation camp.
The Yoga camp was inaugurated by Savi Tayal W/o R.C. Tayal, IPS SDG, CRPF, J&K Zone and Arunima Sinha W/o Shantmanu, IAS (Divisional Commissioner) Jammu by lighting a lamp. Rozy Dhar, W/o Kuldeep Dhar, Inspector General, CRPF, Jammu were also present on the occasion.
The yoga and meditation of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and important activities that how to lead a better and happy life in today’s life style will be taught by Yoga Guru Smt. Arunima Sinha in this camp.
The course teacher Mrs Arunima Sinha said that the main component of the course is the Sudarashan Kriya a powerful rhythmic breathing technique which cleanses the toxins and removes deep rooted physical mental and emotional blocks from the body. Practical spiritual knowledge and deep meditation is taught through a direly interactive session. Participants experienced stress elimination, peaceful and calm mind, healthy body and better sleep.
