JAMMU, Mar 31: The faculty member of Yogananda College of Engineering and Technology, Er Loveneesh Talwar, HoD Electrical Engineering Department, today delivered guest lecture at Department of Electrical Engineering, Karpaga Vinayaga College of Engineering and Technology.
Er Talwar delivered lecture on the topic “Save Energy for Future Generation”. He stressed that energy conservation can be achieved either by using energy more efficiently or by reducing the amount of service used. The generation rate of electricity is very low compared to our consumption rate due to which we are focusing on non conventional resources,” he said.
He also showed one of his case studies in which he represented how to conserve energy in domestic sector by using 4 Energy Conservation Methods and what is its payback period.
