Workshop on ‘security and sabotage’ concludes

JAMMU, Oct 1: A two-day workshop on ‘security and sabotage’ conducted by Air Force School (AFS) Jammu for teachers concluded today in its premises.
Air Commodore, Ashutosh Lal, Air Officer Commanding, Air Force Station Jammu, was the chief guest of the occasion. The workshop aimed at creating awareness among teachers of various Air Force Schools about security related issues that include terror attacks, fire safety, cyber security, road safety, aerospace security etc.
During the workshop, the emphasis was laid on the need of creating a safe and secure environment at school that provides Physical and Emotional Security to children. Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest stressed that it is mandatory to keep the class safe from real and imagined hazards of all kinds.
The workshop culminated by distribution of certificates by the chief guest to the participating teachers.
