JAMMU, Nov 16: A seminar-cum-workshop on “Aptitude skills for all competitive exams like CAT, Bank PO, IAS and SSC” was organized in Government College for Women (GCW), Parade.
The workshop was organized by Career counseling Cell of the college in collaboration with Career Launcher Jammu.
The workshop was conducted by J&K’s one and only Aptitude Guru, Ayush Nargotra, Director, Career Launcher Jammu, who is a serial CAT topper and has cracked many bank and allied exams.
More than 350 students attended the workshop and were enlightened by the tips and tricks by Ayush Nargotra. The students had a deep discussion with Ayush Nargotra on various faces of exams ranging from prelims to interview stage.
The workshop covered topics like preparation strategy, material selection, time management and exam taking strategy.
Briefing about “Career Launcher Jammu”, Nargotra said the institute was started with a mission to provide quality guidance and support to the students of J&K, as most of the aspirants find it difficult to go to Delhi or Chandigarh to get proper coaching and guidance.
He said we are providing special discounts to students of weaker sections as we firmly believe that lack of financial resources should not be a deterrent to anybody’s dreams.
Principal of the college, Dr Hemla Aggarwal along with Dr Shivani Suri Verma, convener, Career Counselling Cell, was also present.
