REASI, Sept 2: A young woman drowned while crossing a nallah in Thakrakote area, under the jurisdiction of Arnas Police Station.
The deceased was identified as Siayadi (40) wife of Nazir Ahmed of Malbari, Thakrakote. She along with another woman, had gone for collecting firewood. They were on way to home when the deceased got slipped while crossing a nallah and was washed away. Later her dead body was fished out from the nallah by some locals.
