JAMMU, Sept 15: A woman has been raped by a man on the marriage pretext.
As per police sources, a woman lodged a report with Police Station Bahu Fort stating that a man identified as Raman Kumar, son of late Vijay Kumar, a resident of Purkhoo, Domana District Jammu allegedly raped her on marriage pretext.
Acting over the complaint, a case FIR Number 303/2021 under Sections 376, 504 and 506 IPC has been registered at Police Station Bahu Fort and investigation started.
