JAMMU, Jan 27: A woman was killed while another was injured when the motorcycle they were riding on collided with a car near Brij Nagar, Miran Sahib.
As per reports, 38-year-old Rani Devi, wife of late Tarseem Lal of RS Pura was riding on a motorcycle with a youth namely Ajay of same village, when their vehicle hit a car near Brij Nagar, Miran Sahib.
The duo were rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where doctors declared the woman as brought dead, while the condition of the injured was stated to be out of danger, when last reports came in.
The body of the woman was handed over to family members for last rites after completing legal formalities.
Police has taken the cognizance.
