Srinagar, Feb 5: A woman today attempted to commit suicide by consuming poison in the Valley.
A police spokesman said a woman in Marhama area in Kupwara district attempted to end her life by consuming poison at her home.
He said the woman has been shifted to SKIMS, Soura Srinagar for treatment and police has taken up investigation.
