Winter Secretariat at Srinagar to start functioning from Oct 28

SRINAGAR, Oct 24: State Government today accorded sanction to the establishment of Winter Secretariat at Srinagar which shall start functioning from October 28, 2019 after the annual Darbar Move.
Deputy Commissioner, Relief Organization (Migrants), Kashmir, Kuldeep Kumar Sidha, shall hold the additional charge of In-charge winter secretariat, which shall begin its work with effect from October 28, 2019 that is the first working day after the closure of offices at Srinagar, says an order, issued today by the General Administration Department.
Besides Sidha as In-charge, posting/deployment of 10 more officers and officials has been made for the functioning of the Winter Secretariat.
These include Tahira Tabasum, Under Secretary Tribal Affairs Department; Ghulam Rasool Mir, Pvt Secy, Labour & Employment Dept; Shafia Hassan, Sr Stenographer, Governor’s office Civil Secretariat; Nissar Ahmad Bhat, Sr Stenographer in the Personal Section of Secretary (Technical) PDD; Mohammad Asif Naqeeb, Sr Assistant, Health & Medical Education Deptt; Mohd Azher Ud Din, Jr Assistant , HUDD; Sajjid Majid, Jr Asstt Tribal Affairs; Mohammad Maqbool Dar, Orderly JKI Ltd; Nissar Ahmad Pandith, Class IV, JKI and Farooq Ahmad Mir, Orderly, JKI Ltd.
