JAIPUR, Dec 12: Chief Minister designate in Rajasthan Bhajan Lal Sharma on Tuesday said that he will try his best to live up to the new responsibility, will develop and ensure all-round development in the state under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
While talking to the media after being elected as the leader of the BJP Legislative Party (BJPLP), Sharma said that he will make every effort to live up to the new responsibility and expectations he has received.
He assured that under the leadership of PM Modi, all-round development will be achieved in every field.
Sharma expressed gratitude towards PM Modi, BJP national president JP Nadda, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Vinod Tawde and Saroj Pandey and former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje for proposing his name as the leader of the legislative party.
He also expressed gratitude towards state unit president CP Joshi, party’s state in-charge Arun Singh, Union Minister Pralhad Joshi, senior party leader and Vasudev Devnani elected to the the Speaker of the assembly, Deputy CMs designate Diya Kumari and Prem Chand Bairwa.
Congratulating Bhajan Lal Sharma, Diya Kumari, Bairwa and Devnani on behalf of the state unit of the party, CP Joshi said that the CM designate has been working in the organisation for a long time.
