Sir,
In our State, it is felt that, there is no activity going on, for the preparation of the ‘‘Aadhar Cards’’, which were, earlier, very much a big talk of the country, reasons for keeping a silence over the subject are only known to the authorities concerned. If this was publicised as an important document for all citizens of our country, then the people of Jammu and Kashmir, also have full right to have the possession of such identity-proof document which contains in it, a comprehensive detail of the person, to whom it is issued.
It is learnt that in many a parts of our country, these cards have since been prepared and their holders do enjoy all the day to day benefits with a pride to be an important link of a particular State.
We, sincerely hope and pray to the authorities responsible in issuing such magnificent and unique cards for their multipurpose use, to expedite the process of preparing them for the people of J&K, by adopting a door to door visit to the genuine inhabitants, while maintaining the sanctity of issue of the Aadhar Cards to the right persons.
