JAMMU, Mar 29: Welfare Committee of Mata Roop Bawani Enclave Anuradha Puram, Upper Barnai in a meeting today discussed the problems being faced by the residents of the area.
As per a release, the meeting stressed the Government to take up the work of drainage system in the area and installation of electric transformer as the present one does not cater to the needs of the people and the problem will aggravate in the coming Summer in case the transformer was not installed.
The meeting also elected Moti Lal Tikoo as president, Ramesh Kumar Raina as vice president and S K Bhat as cashier.
Drav Ji Kaul, Anil Koul, Sanjay Bhat, P K Bhat, Naresh Kumar and P K Sharma were elected as members.
