SAMBA, May 21: Bari Brahmana Police booked a welder for violating SOPs issued in wake of surge in COVID cases.
As per police sources, a team from Police Station Bari Brahmana led by SHO Rajesh Sharma under the supervision of SDPO Nihar Ranjan and SSP Samba Rajesh Sharma arrested one person namely Mangal Singh, son of Dharm Chand of Kothey Salehar, RS Pura who was performing welding work at his shop.
On search, one oxygen cylinder was also found at his shop which was seized.
A case under FIR Number 121/2021 under Section 188 IPC has been registered at Police Station Bari Brahmana and investigation started.
