JAMMU, Nov 23: The water supply will remain affected for two days in some parts of Jammu West, East and North due to some mechanical snag at Sitlee Filtration Plant near Nagrota Bypass.
A Jal Shakti Deptt (PHE) official disclosed that due to electro-mechanical repair work at Sitlee Filtration Plant at Nagrota Bypass, the water supply to several Jammu City areas fed from Manda and Lohar water stations in Jammu North will remain partially affected on November 24 and 25. Most of these areas affected are- Panjtirthi, Ambphalla, Karan Nagar, New Plots, Janipur, Sarwal, Rehari, Roop Nagar, Ploura etc.
