JAMMU, July 10: Water supply to various parts of Old Jammu city and other areas shall remain affected on July 11 and 12 because of ongoing works for cleaning of PS and CF tanks at Sitlee Filtration Plant.
According to an official communiqué the water supply to the parts of Old Jammu city, New Plot, Lakkar Mandi, Sarwal, Subash Nagar, Rehari, Janipur, Patoli and adjoining areas shall remain affected.
“Therefore, the general public is requested to use the water judiciously for these two days,” says the communiqué, issued by the Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti, PHE City Division number 1, Jammu.
