JAMMU, Sept 24: SE PHE (Mech) Urban Circle Jammu has informed that due to flash floods in river Tawi on Sept 23 and sudden reduction in water level the very next day, the supply of raw water at filtration plants Sitlee and Dhounthly has completely stopped.
In a handout the SE stated that it will take some time to restore the system
so there shall be no water supply in parts of old city, New Plot, Janipur, Rehari, Roopnagar, Chinore, Subash Nagar, Sarwal on Sept 25.
