JAMMU, Aug 30: Many employees here today attained superannuation and retired from their services.
Dr. Sunita Verma, Dental Surgeon, Health Education Bureau Section, Directorate of Health Services Jammu was accorded a warm send off on her superannuation after rendering more than 36 years of service to the Department. A function was organized in this regard where Director Health Services, Dr. Abdul Hamid Zargar wished the retiring doctor a healthy and happy post-retirement life. Deputy Director Dentistry, Dr. Sanjay Sharma, CMO Jammu, Dr. Harbaksh Singh, officers and officials from the department also extended best wishes to Dr. Sunita.
The Directorate also bid a warm send-off to Ramesh Chander, Head Assistant on his superannuation after rendering 35 years of service to the Department. Director Health Services Jammu, Dr. Abdul Hamid Zargar wished him good health and all success in future. Dy. Director Dentistry, Dr. Sanjay Sharma and Chief Medical Officer Jammu, Dr. Harbaksh Singh along with other staff also extended best wishes to the retiring official.
Meanwhile, on attaining superannuation by SI Tilak Raj and Shamshar Ram, Head Constable, a warm farewell was organized at Battalion Headquarters, Channi Himmat where the retiring officials accompanied by their family members were warmly received by the staff of the Unit. The ceremony was graced by Romesh Chander Kotwal, SSP, Commandant, along with officers including Subash Chander, DySP, Anita Katel, DySP, Kirpal Singh, DySP, Satesh Raina, DySP, Inspectors Javed Akhter and Atul Rakhwal besides all ranks of the Battalion. Officers and the staff wished a healthy and happy post retirement life to the retiring Policemen and presented them mementos and gifts.
