JAMMU, Dec 2: A grand farewell function was organized in the honour of Professor Major Dr Karan Singh (Principal, MAM College) on his superannuation.
The function was attended by a large number of prominent people representing civil society, ex-servicemen and academicians from Jammu. A good number of local businessmen, elders and ex-students of the college were also present on the occasion.
Prof Sanjay Singh from MAM College Jammu narrated the services rendered by Dr Karan Singh in academics and as an NSS officer. The staff members emotively reflected upon the time and experiences they shared with the outgoing principal. Students passionately described the bond they had developed in a short span of time.
