RAJOURI, Aug 7: The Police today arrested an absconder in Manjakote area of district Rajouri.
A police team from Manjakote Police Station on some specific inputs arrested the wanted criminal who was evading his arrest in a case registered against him five years ago.
The accused namely- Mohd Khalil, son of Mohd Bashir, resident of Panjgrain village of Manjakot, was involved in case FIR no 56/2013. He was evading his arrest for the last five years.
Today, an information was received that accused has been spotted in the area after which a team headed by SHO Manjakote Ajaz Haider under the supervision of SDPO Manjakote Imtiaz Ahmed laid a trap and apprehended him.
