This has reference to the news item ‘Bail has shocked India’ DE 20.
The bail granted to Mumbai attack mastermind Zaki-ur Rehman Lakhvi has not only shocked India but world community. Granting bail to this dreaded terrorist by a Pakistani court that too on a day when whole world was mourning the Peshawar incident is tantamount to supporting terrorism. Pakistan can not play this double game for ever.
Pakistan should learn that terrorism in whatever form it may manifest is a threat to world. At the end it bites the very hand that feeds it.
The outrageous act committed by dreaded by Pakistani Taliban on a school in Peshawar in which 132 innocent students were killed is a manifestation of it. It is wake up call for Pakistan Army to stop supporting terrorism. It in no way will help Pakistan. Rather it would destabilise not only Pakistan, but whole of the sub-continent. It is because of supporting militancy that Pakistan is looked with suspicion in the world.
