SRINAGAR, Nov 24: Continuing his election campaign, senior NC leader, Dr Mustafa Kamaal today addressed well attended public meetings at Agrikalan, Nooripora Nowlari, Gooim and Malabuchan and appealed the people to cast their vote in favour of NC to keep the State united, secular and peaceful.
He impressed upon the people that vote for NC will be vote for peace, progress and prosperity. He said that PDP’s arrayed against NC lack ideology and have been created to fragment the society in a vain bid to divide the State on religious and regional lines. In this PDP is hand in glove with the BJP, he added.
He said that NC believes that friendship between India and Pakistan is the key to rapid progress in J&K and NC has always espoused the cause of the people and amicable resolution of the Kashmir Problem.
Terming DPN candidate as one who has insatiable appetite for human blood and money, Kamaal said that his track record as local MLA is full of death and destruction and shameless plunder of public property and public money.
The purchase of harmful pesticides and fertilizer and inferior seed has resulted in the lowest ever production of crops, fruit and saffron, he added.
