JAMMU, Apr 15: State president, Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Front (JKDF) and candidate for Doda-Udhampur Parliamentary Constituency, Anil Gupta, has appealed the people to vote for JKDF to restore lost pride and dignity of people of Jammu.
“All these years you were voting for the BJP, Congress and National Conference. These were the options available for you. But now, you have a historic chance to vote for a candidate with a difference. Utilize this opportunity and vote for JKDF,” said Anil Gupta.
Anil Gupta stated that BJP was no alternative to Congress, as both follow the same policies in every sphere.” BJP is not different from Congress as far as corruption was concerned; it too has corrupt leaders in the party”, he added.
“Congress and BJP have no political and development visions for the State. These parties without having convincing and practicable ideas are hoodwinking the people by cosmetic measures. These parties are in assumption of not being held accountable for the past actions, which have made common masses to suffer”, he alleged.
He further pointed out that these parties do not honour human rights and civil liberties, as people of Jammu region especially Dogras are being discriminated politically and economically to get their due share of employment opportunities and equal representation in State Assembly.
Seeking to differentiate JKDF from the rest of the flock, he said that JKDF shall strive for dignity, survival, honour and presitige of Dogras , if given the mandate in the elections.
He appealed the people to vote JKDF to restore the lost pride and dignity of people of Jammu.
