Vivek Bhardwaj replaces Dulloo as Director J&K Bank

JAMMU, May 17: Vivek Bhardwaj, Financial Commissioner (Addl Chief Secretary) Finance Department, has been nominated as Director on the Board of Directors of J&K Bank Limited.
He replaced Atal Dulloo, Financial Commissioner (Addl Chief Secretary).
The appointment of Vivek Bhardwaj has been made by the order of Lt Governor Manoj Sinha, in exercise of powers vested under Article 69(1) of the Articles of Association of the Jammu and Kashmir Bank Limited.
