JAMMU, Oct 24: Pradesh Vishwakarma Sabha (J&K) today reconstituted its Akhnoor unit in a meeting held today.
The meeting of the Sabha was held under the chairmanship of Bansi Lal and was also attended by its executive committee members including president Shashi Verma, Puran Chargotra (vice chairman) and Master Sain Dass secretary. The members from Akhnoor and its surrounding area also participated.
The members unanimously resolved to dissolve old body and frame new unit. Nek Ram ( Ex-Sarpanch, Sohal) was unanimously elected as new president while Ashok Kumar as general secretary of Vishwakarma Sabha Committee Akhnoor. Outgoing president of Akhnoor unit, Bansi Lal gave detail of the works/ achievements of the unit during his tenure and assured full cooperation to the new team.
