Vishal Kotwal appointed NSUI State vice president

JAMMU, May 27:  Vishal Kotwal has been, appointed as State vice president of J&K NSUI- student wing of the Congress party.
The appointment was made by Fairoz Khan, national president NSUI, with the approval of Rahul Gandhi, AICC president.
Besides, Fairoz Khan has also appointed Pawan Puneet Singh, Chander Kant Sharma, Karan Singh Manhas and Imtiaz Khan as State NSUI general secretaries.
Vishal Kotwal started his career as president of Higher Secondary Bhaderwah in 2007. He was also first elected president of District Doda from 2011 to 2013. He remained very active in starting various movements for Right To Education and against discriminatory pattern of PSC, SRO 202 etc. He has also worked in election commission of NSUI and gained experience while working in Punjab NSUI organisational elections.
He belongs to a non political background family and hails from the far flung area of Chinta in district Doda.
Currently, he is perusing Law from Jammu University, Law Department.
