UDHAMPUR, July 22: Up in arms against power failure in the area for the last 20 days, villagers of Latyar in Pancheri block held a strong protest demonstration against the PDD authorities, here today.
Protesting villagers raised slogans against PDD and threatened to block Pancheri-Udhampur road if the power is not immediately restored in the area.
