JAMMU, Oct 13: The Vigilance Organisation sleuths have seized the record pertaining to purchases of Flex Boards/ Hoardings of the Rural Development Department from the offices of Assistant Commissioners Development (ACD), Rajouri and Poonch.
Official sources told the Excelsior that on the basis of specific complaints with regard to massive purchases of Flex Boards/ tree guards on exorbitant rates by the officials of RDD Jammu region, the SVO teams started operation and seized record from various districts. During last two day’s operation the record from the office of ACD Rajouri and Poonch was seized and the teams under the supervision of an officer of the rank of DySP was involved in the operation. The record has been brought to Jammu and placed under scrutiny by experts in the field.
