RAJOURI, Jan 14: Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and Member Legislative Council, Vibodh Gupta today inaugurated a link road from Dhangri Higher Secondary School to Ram Mandir constructed out of his Constituency Development Fund (CDF).
A programme in the village was organised wherein Member Legislative Council, Vibodh Gupta inaugurated the road after completion of its earth work of laying of concrete.
Road has been constructed out of his CDF and further work on it is in pipeline.
While inauguration of road, a large number of people of the area were present who complimented the MLC for showing concern towards the road connectivity.
In his address, Vibodh Gupta said that Government of India as well as State Government is paying a lot of attention towards road connectivity which is regarded as the base of development of any area.
Gupta further said that this road was a major demand of the people of the area.
He also talked about different schemes run by Government of India for public welfare and asked people to take benefits from these schemes.
Other who accompanied the MLC included Ex-Sarpanch, Khem Raj, Rakesh Raina, Suresh Sharma, Pritam Lal, Subash Sharma etc.
