VHP asks Union Govt to act against Pak firmly

Excelsior Correspondent
JAMMU, July 28: VHP patron Dr Rama Kant Dubey today expressed serious concern over security lapses and intrusion of terrorists in Indian territory from across the border.
In a statement issued here, today he urged the Central Government that mere statements against Pakistan will not serve the purpose and it is high time for it to attack the terrorist camps across the border and teach those forces a lesson who are hell bent to disintegrate India.
He said India has bleed a lot over the years due to terrorist activities in North East, Punjab and now J&K and people of the country have many expectations from the Prime Minister Narendra Modi whom they gave a decisive mandate to deal with Pakistan with hands and teach it in the same languages which suits to it.
Dr Dubey said in case the present Union Government will also adopt the policies of its predecessor then it will too lose its reputation and people may understand that there was no difference between Dr Manmohan Singh and Narendra Modi. People of the nation are looking eagerly towards Mr Modi and they want him to act against the enemy country decisively to rid India of terrorist activities once for all as how long Indian people will tolerate the misadventures of Pakistan, he added.
Dr Dubey termed the yesterday’s terrorist strike at Dina Nagar in Gurdaspur district  of Punjab one of the greatest security lapses. He said  the Government has to think over it. He also demanded that security along Pak border be tightened and strengthened. Besides, attention be paid in constituting the VDCs in all border villages to assist the BSF and police in taking on infiltrators from across.
