KATHUA, June 7: Acting tough against the illegal mining in the area, a team of Police Station (PS) Lakhanpur under the supervision of Inspector, Sumeet Sharma SHO in its jurisdictional area near Basantpur found one tractor bearing Chassis Number G1822002KA indulged in illegal mining which was being used for transportation of construction material.
Meanwhile, tractor trolley was seized and later on handed over to the officials of the Mining Department Kathua for further legal proceedings.
